We have done naming work for some of the most recognizable brands and companies.

Case Study 1: Hartz Delectables
Hartz was entering the Cat treat category with a new treat that would compete against Temptations and Party Mix. The new product was proven to be highly appealing to cats – a product so irresistible cats came running for it. The company wanted a name that would signal how delicious this new treat is to cats and how they craved it. The client wanted a real word vs. a made-up word to name this product. Our naming team went on a journey to explore a wide range of naming hooks around the space of flavor, crave-ability, emotional benefits and beyond. This led to the name Delectables – a brand with over 40 products and a category leader.
Case Study 2: Ocean Spray Cranberry Fiesta
Ocean Spray was launching a new salsa and wanted to convey the product experience of blending many different flavors to create a delicious new salsa. They wanted a name that would tell consumers that this would be more fun and exciting than other salsas. Our team generated a range of names - some in the model of existing products such as Cran-Salsa, other names to reflect ‘fusion’ of flavors, and finally some names to highlight the fun taste experience. The name Cranberry Fiesta was chosen as it communicated the fun experience and the blending of flavors.
